3D Modeling Artist

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Create Assets in sync with the design style of the series
  • very good experience in Modeling with Blender 
  • Apply and adjust UVs, working closely with Lookdev Artists and Riggers
  • A proven record in making low poly models for animations in Blender
  • good experience with Photoshop and After Effects
  • Experience in ZBrush is a plus
  • Efficient with work preparation and planning
  • Eager to learn and always looking for new 3D techniques
  • works well in a deadline-driven environment
  • strong communication skills; team player
  • proactive problem-solver
  • highly creative, with an eye for high-quality visuals and technical perfection
  • Able to deliver and receive constructive feedback and criticism and address notes

Unreal Generalist

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of industry experience working with Unreal Engine 4 (VFX / Game Dev)
  • portfolio that displays a diverse skillset
  • Experience and skills with 3D modelling, UVing, texturing and asset optimisation; to create amazing game ready assets
  • very good knowledge in the Blender to Unreal workflow
  • Experience in Rigging for Unreal Engine is a big plus
  • profile and optimize scenes to meet the project requirements without sacrificing visual fidelity
  • Build out levels in Unreal that are optimised for gameplay
  • Lighting areas and levels
  • experience with Substance Painter or similar texturing software is a plus
  • experience with procedural workflows is a plus (i.e. Substance Designer)
  • strong eye for lighting, color, composition
  • Well-developed organization with adherence to file structures, naming conventions, and other established protocols and communication skills
  • works well in a deadline-driven environment
  • team player and proactive problem-solver
